Would you rather everytime you sneeze you don’t understand English for 1 hour or everytime you hiccup you can’t move from the spot you are in for 2 hours?
They stack - if you sneeze twice in a row, that’s two hours. If you hiccup 3 times, that’s 6 hours. You can still move your body and limbs in the spot and do everything normally, but you are basically an immovable object - nothing can move you from that spot on earth.

Hiccups. Although more debilitating, I don’t get the hiccups much (maybe once a year?) so could probably make do.
